You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (such as engraved or monogrammed water bottles)
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@stanely1913.my or call us at +1 810-968-7633 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the original proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided with your RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process once the return is approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order. We recommend contacting us prior to returning the item to ensure the new product is available.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged product, and you will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
